How do I register to make a payment online?
- Click here to register.
- Then simply follow the prompts to register your account.
- Please note: You will need your account number to process an online loan payment. If your account number starts with “000”, simply leave out the 3 zeros when making a payment online.
- If you do not remember your account number, please contact member services for assistance.
What loans can I pay with the Loan Payment Portal?
You can make a loan payment to any TOPCU loan type with the exception of Business Loans.
What type of accounts can I use to make a TOPCU loan payment?
You can use any Visa Debit, Mastercard or Discover from another financial institution to make a payment.
To pay your loan from your TOPCU account, please use Online Banking.
Can I set up reoccurring payments?
If you’re interested in making reoccurring payments, contact us to set up a bank draft.
Is there a fee to make a payment online?
Yes, there is a $5 fee for payments made online.
Is there a limit on how much can be paid online?
Payments made online have a maximum payment amount of $1,000.
For payments above $1,000, you will need to call and speak with a TOPCU Representative.
Is there a limit on how many payments I can make per month?
You can use our Online Payment Portal to make up to 6 payments per month.
What is Express Pay?
Express Pay allows you to make a one-time payment without registering your account.
