Member Service Representative (MSR)

Using communication and relationship management skills with TOPCU’s members and future members, the MSR proactively works to effectively cross sell relevant products whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can require some flexible hours.

Commercial Credit Analyst

Main Branch

Credit Analyst

Utilizing knowledge of business lending, the Credit Analyst evaluates members’ credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them. 2 years Commercial Credit Analyst experience required.

 

Contact Center Representative

As the first point of contact to all non-face-to-face enquiries, the contact center creates a positive and memorable lasting impression with our members through prompt, friendly and courteous interactions. Key skills needed for the position include great customer service, patience, a positive attitude and computer literacy. Experience with Episys or L360 a plus.

Member Service Processor (MSP)

Using detail orientation skills, the MSP is responsible for supporting the MSR with deposit and loan packets created in the service department have the necessary information per TOPCUs policies and procedures and relevant federal and state regulations.

IT Support Engineer

This position exists to help keep the network computing systems operating efficiently and extend I.S. support services to staff and members. Work in this position is performed under limited supervision.  Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can require long and flexible hours. These work hours include weekends & holidays.

Teller

Teller Description

This position exists to proactively develop relationships with members and provide exceptional member service. A teller will create a positive memorable experience with each member through prompt, friendly, courteous interactions while following credit union procedures. Work in this position requires performing all financial tasks and transactions necessary to assist members. Provide consistent, exceptional service to internal and external members. Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can require flexible hours.

Collector 1

This position exists to be responsible for all processes required to cure delinquent accounts and prevent future delinquency. A Collector 1 will create a positive memorable experience with each member interaction through prompt, friendly, courteous interactions while following credit union procedures. Provide consistent, exceptional service to internal and external members. Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can require flexible hours.
