Consumer and Business Loan Manager
TOPCU is looking for a Lending leader with strong underwriting acumen as well as positive communication and leadership skills. Consumer lending experience is a must; small business lending experience is a plus. This position is for a decision maker that will keep the forward momentum of the credit union’s lending program on track.
TOPCU, is a progressive credit union that constantly seeks to introduce new and innovative loan types and loan delivery methods while working within the heavily regulated credit union environment.
Salary Range $50k to $65k depending on experience

This position exists to underwrite consumer and business loan requests and cross-sell credit union products and services. The underwriter is expected to be knowledgeable of all Credit Union loan products. This position is tasked with actively participating in the sales group environment, provide consistent, exceptional service to internal and external members. Member Service Representative
This position exists to proactively develop relationships with members by creating and maintaining a
remarkable experience with each member. An MSR will create a positive memorable experience with each member through prompt, friendly, courteous interactions while following credit union procedures. Work in this position requires performing all tasks necessary to originate new memberships and all types of deposit accounts; originate and complete all types of consumer loan applications for underwriting decision. Business Member Specialist
Business Member Specialist
This position is responsible for selling business products and services to business establishments or individuals at sales office, store, showroom, or member’s place of business. Work in this position requires training branch staff on how to recognize business opportunities and coaching on perspective leads. This position will engage the community to offer business solutions, build business brand, and build a foundation for the business market. Work in this position requires monitoring all business activity in the branches to ensure compliance with credit union standards, policies, procedures and all governmental regulations. Provide consistent, exceptional service to internal and external members. Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can allow for putting in some flexible hours. These work hours include weekends & holidays.
