The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager by overseeing the efficient operation of the branch to ensure all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff. The duties are contingent on the scope of services that are offered at the facility.
As the first point of contact with our members, the Teller position is imperative to the positive experience of our members. Whilst providing prompt, friendly and courteous service, the Teller performs financial tasks such as deposits, withdrawals and loan payments for the members. Previous cash handling experience and customer service experience is preferred.
As the first point of contact to all non-face-to-face enquiries, the contact center creates a positive and memorable lasting impression with our members through prompt, friendly and courteous interactions.
