Collections Manager

Collections Manager Job Description

Responsible for the oversight of the collections department.  The Collections Manager will work closely with the Lending Manager as well as the Service Management to assure a quality loan portfolio is maintained. The collections Manager ensures credit and collection policies and procedures best serve the credit union and its members.  This position is tasked with building and maintaining a network of credit union contacts, to tap into best practices.  Provide consistent, exceptional service to internal and external members.

This position exists to underwrite consumer and business loan requests and cross-sell credit union products and services.
