Using leadership and knowledge of TOPCUs policies and procedures, the Branch Manager will work to meet/exceed the department goals set by Management. This position requires the ability to drive sales to the branch through various means, including networking. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall profitability of the branch whilst ensuring direct reports maintain a reputation for excellent service.
As the first point of contact with our members, the Teller position is imperative to the positive experience of our members. Whilst providing prompt, friendly and courteous service, the Teller performs financial tasks such as deposits, withdrawals and loan payments for the members. Previous cash handling experience and customer service experience is preferred.
Utilizing their expert knowledge of the plastics card and core systems, the plastics specialist is responsible for successful operation of the debit, credit and ATM programs. Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can require flexible hours.
