Member Service Rep Floater

This position exists to proactively develop relationships with members by creating and maintaining a
remarkable experience with each member. An MSRF will create a positive memorable experience with each member through prompt, friendly, courteous interactions while following credit union procedures. Work in this position requires performing all financial tasks and transactions necessary to assist members, originate new memberships and all types of deposit accounts. Work in this position also requires assisting members with all teller functions. Provide consistent, exceptional service to internal and external members. Position will require travel between departments and branches. Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can require flexible hours.

Assistant Branch Manager

Assistant Branch Manager
This position exists to create an environment that encourages Branch Staff to provide the highest level of member service while meeting or exceeding established goals. An ABM will lead branch staff by developing each member of the team, assisting with complex transactions and problems, and mentoring the future leaders of TOPCU. Work in this position requires monitor all activity in the branch to ensure compliance with credit union standards, policies, procedures and all governmental regulations. Provide consistent, exceptional service to internal and external members. Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can allow for putting in some flexible hours. These work hours include weekends & holidays. This position meets the salary requirements stipulated by the DOL in regards to the FLSA Administrative exempt requirements.

Member Service Rep 1

This position exists to proactively develop relationships with members by creating and maintaining a
remarkable experience with each member. An MSR will create a positive memorable experience with each member through prompt, friendly, courteous interactions while following credit union procedures. Work in this position requires performing all tasks necessary to originate new memberships and all types of deposit accounts; originate and complete all types of consumer loan applications for underwriting decision. Provide consistent, exceptional service to internal and external members. Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can require flexible hours.

Collector

Collector 1

This position exists to be responsible for all processes required to cure delinquent accounts and prevent future delinquency. A Collector 1 will create a positive memorable experience with each member interaction through prompt, friendly, courteous interactions while following credit union procedures. Provide consistent, exceptional service to internal and external members. Situations can move quickly from low stress to high stress and can require flexible hours.
